1. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

Each ZIAN piece is designed with its own silhouette and fit. We recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you're between sizes or need help deciding, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to assist.

 

2. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. Eligible full-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Your return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Once approved, your return must be sent back to ZIAN within 5 business days.

International orders are eligible for a refund or store credit only and cannot be exchanged.

3. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All ZIAN orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Australian delivery:

Free Express Shipping — approximately 1–3 business days.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express and generally arrive within approximately 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.

4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. ZIAN ships internationally to selected destinations via DHL Express.

International shipping cost is at a flat rate of $50 AUD, worldwide.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

5. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ZIAN GARMENT?

To preserve the quality and longevity of your ZIAN piece, always follow the specific care instructions on the garment's care label.

When in doubt, and where appropriate for the garment and fabrication, we recommend gentle hand washing or spot cleaning. If your care label specifies dry cleaning or another particular cleaning method, those instructions should always be followed.

Take extra care with jewellery, accessories, makeup and other items that may mark or catch on your garment.
